Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Coolum Beach Surf Life Saving Club Junior Activities Committee (Nippers) will be held on Sunday 17th March 2024 commencing at 10.00 am at the Coolum Aqua Park (60 Junction Drive, Coolum). All nipper volunteers, parents, and guardians are welcome to attend.

Nominations of candidates for election shall be:
i. submitted via the Nominations Box which is located in the clubroom on the kitchen bench (along with nomination forms and position descriptions) or by emailing your completed nomination form to Club Admin at admin@coolumsurfclub.com.au
ii. delivered to the Association not less than 30 days before the Annual General Meeting, being the 16th of February 2024.
Any requests for Notice of Motions must be received by the Secretary, via nippers@coolumsurfclub.com.au by 16th February 2024. The release of the AGM Agenda, Notice of Motions received by members, and nominations received by members for the lifesaving club will be issued to members by Sunday 25th February 2024.
