Off-Season Training Program

Starts: 5th of June.
Finishes: 31st of July.

Duration: 8 weeks.

Focus: Maintain skills in the ocean, build muscle, build leg fitness, and tick off a few challenges that get us out of our comfort zone.

Nippers training – Fridays – 4 to 5 pm
